Packed with all the desired amenities this condo welcomes up to 8 guests. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Up the spiral stairs you'll find the loft bedroom area with custom queen bunk beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room offers a comfy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. With 2 full bathrooms, guests can freshen up with ease after a day of exploring the beach, kayaking the extensive neighboring waterways or enjoying a round of golf. The open concept floor plan features comfortable furnishings, including a sectional sofa and Smart TV. The private balcony can be accessed from both the living area and the main bedroom doors so as to enjoy a morning coffee or perhaps a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the island sounds wind down for the day. The dining area is just off the living room, and additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features marble counters and stainless appliances. The condo also has the luxury of its own laundry room with washer/dryer. A pack and play and highchair are available for use for families with infants. You're also welcome to use the provided beach chairs and beach toys. Bike rentals can be easily arranged and delivered to the bike racks outside the condo.

- Condo is steps away from the community pool that is open from April-September and just an easy 1.2 mile walk or bike ride to the beautiful beach of Palmetto Dunes - Shelter Cove is a short bike ride away where there are many shops, restaurants and entertainment to enjoy - Palmetto Dunes boasts 3 world renowned Golf Courses all easily accessible from the condo - Bike rentals can be arranged with drop off/pick up from the bike rack outside the condo - Centrally located on the island the location is ideal for the many activities the island offers - beach combing, horseback riding, bike paths, kayaking, chartered fishing trips to name just a few! - Drive Time to Savannah Airport, GA: 45 min - Drive Time to Charleston Airport, NC: 2hr - Drive Time to Hilton Head Island Airport, SC: 15 min - We are a Pet Friendly Property. Non refundable deposit required. A second dog may be considered upon request (additional pet fee would apply). Any dog staying in the property must weigh less than 50lb.
